Back on Track

Back on Track is a therapy service offered in partnership with HomeLink Family Support in the Gracemount and Liberton High School catchment areas of Edinburgh. It supports those experiencing low-level distress related to family, peer relationships, education or the wider community.

We provide:

Young people’s counselling (12 – 24 years, 26 if care experienced)
Parent/Carer counselling
Group Work
Parenting programmes

Family therapy and children’s therapy (5 – 11 years) is also offered by our partners, HomeLink Family Support, as part of this project.

We accept referrals from professionals in addition to direct enquiries from individuals and families.
